Mike, Eileen, and Jim Shultz
Mike and I flew to Boston on Friday, Oct. 21st and drove to Plainville, MA. There we met Jim and Eileen Shultz and had Mike’s favorite dinner: Mexican. Eileen had homemade chocolate chip cookies for Mike and gave me a couple of bracelets that she had made. This trip started out just right! Jim is a geologist and he and Eileen volunteer at AiG with Dr. Andrew Snelling. Jim and Eileen did most of the ground work in organizing our event. We thank them for their faithfulness.
Christian Teacher Training Class, Plainville Baptist
On Saturday, Mike taught his 30th one day Christian Teacher Training class at Plainville Baptist Church. We had a great group of people. The class ended at 5pm (we started 30 minutes early) and then Mike gave 2 lectures starting at 6pm. It was a long, wonderful day. On Sunday morning Mike gave his Dinosaur talk at Sunday School and also spoke at the Worship Service. In the evening he gave 2 more lectures. We had the great pleasure of staying with Terry Hill Sunday and Monday nights in Rhode Island. Boy, do we get around. Thanks Terry.
Monday morning Mike spoke to the students at Grace Baptist Christian Academy in North Attleboro, MA. Then it was back to Plainville Baptist for a Pastors Luncheon. We finished the event with two lectures that evening. We praise God for every opportunity He brings our way. Thanks to everyone at Plainville Baptist Church and to Pastor David Meunier.
