Mike and Jay Lucas (author of Ask Them Why, The Rights Fight, a pastor and experienced debater) have been working for a long time getting the manual written for our first Advanced Creation Apologetics Class. Well, the day finally came for us to welcome the first students to take the class. It was held Friday evening and all day Saturday, July 27th and 28th, at Cornerstone Baptist Church in Burlington, KY close to the Creation Museum. We had students from New Hampshire, New York, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Ohio, California and Kentucky. The hours were long but we didn’t see anyone sleeping.

The 15 students participated in the class with lots of great discussions. They also got into groups to label a sampling of logical fallacies after one of the lectures. Mike will include some of the student’s comments in his next newsletter. I am very excited about our next class in Florida, close to Jacksonville, on Sept. 14 and 15.
