Dr. John Morris of ICR and his wife Dalta took us to dinner in Dallas
We flew to Dallas, TX on Thursday, Nov. 29th and landed in time to have lunch with Dr. John Morris, president of The Institute for Creation Research. Mike was an adjunct speaker for ICR from 1998 to 2004. We enjoyed visiting their beautiful facilities in Dallas and meeting several of the staff members who came on board since we were there. We love ICR and pray that God will bless their work for our Creator God. We were then blessed to have dinner with Dr. John and his wife Dalta. We enjoyed the fellowship and the good food.
Mike teaching at the Lamb and Lion Ministries Retreat
On Friday, Nov 30th, we drove to the Prothro Conference Center at Lake Texoma about an hour north of Dallas. We had the great pleasure of attending the Trustee Retreat for the Lamb and Lion Ministries at this beautiful camp. We have known Dr. David Reagan, founder and speaker, for several years and admire his work and his love for Truth. We had great Bible teaching, fun at the Christmas party and singing and eating and eating and eating. Mike got to speak to the group on Saturday evening. Thank you to all those who worked many hours to put on this wonderful weekend.
