Welcome to the 2 Timothy 2:2 Education Project
2 Tim 2:2 is one of the most powerful verses in the Bible about making disciples. It states:
The things which you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, entrust these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.
In this verse, Paul is telling Timothy, now that I have trained you, you go out and do what I did – you train others how to teach also. This is discipleship.
Let me go through 4 points about this education project that will make it a valuable asset to your church.
- The process starts by CTI partnering with Christian educators, youth pastors and parents; by equipping them with the knowledge and skills to teach their children and youth about biblical creation, how to defend their faith (known as apologetics), and to know, share and defend the Gospel
- In our courses we demonstrate methods that take the training beyond just hearing or reading to the application level where students become doers of the Word.
- By equipping Christian educators, youth pastors, and parents we will, as a team be able to train more and more children and youth each year. By the end of 5 years over 15,000 can be effectively equipped to stand firm in their faith in God’s Word.
