Mike and I flew to Dallas, TX on Friday, September 13th, which happened to be two days after our 6th grandchild was born in the Seattle, WA area. We are praising God for the safe delivery of Alexander Jeffery Riddle. He will come with his big brother and his parents to see us in Kentucky in December. Until then we have to be content to Ooh and Ahh over his pictures. Here is a very cute one of our son and our grandson:

Back to the reason for this blog – we flew to Dallas so Mike could teach a wonderful group of people all day on Saturday, September 14th. We had several young people including some from the Spanish church that meets at First Baptist. That is such an encouragement to us when young folks will spend 9 hours on a Saturday learning how to defend their belief in our Creator God. We actually registered our first 3 students for our 5 day Creation Apologetics Teachers College scheduled for next June 2-7.

On Monday Mike went to Community Christian Academy to teach the students all morning. He thought he was to have an hour with the upper grades and an hour with the lower grades. Well, they gave him 2 hours with each group. What a blessing to have time to give a lot of information to young people. Then in the evening we went to Irving Bible Church so Mike could teach the monthly meeting of the local homeschool group. That was a great way to end our time in Texas.
